To ensure customer satisfaction, Diwan Store accepts returns for damaged products, including shipping fees. For safety and hygiene reasons, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care items, or any opened/used products cannot be returned.
For undamaged products returned in their original condition, the customer is responsible for a 2 OMR return fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For damaged products, the store covers all return fees.
