Diwan Store shall be the authority in any disputes between the seller and the consumer. Sellers must ensure product specifications and quality before delivery, and consumers should consider expenses from the order date to delivery. Sellers are not obligated to accept returns due to a change of mind. Diwan Store will mediate in evaluating products and resolving disputes in accordance with the return policies and mutual agreements.
